This project involved replacing

the copper drainway and instal-

ling ice guard under the slate.

Scaffolding was erected for the

project.

The old copper drainway and

slate were removed.

The wood deck and drainway were covered with ice guard.

To protect the new drainway

liner it was put in a trailer and

taken to the job.

The new drainway liner was

installed.

The old drainway liner was

taken back to the shop where

a new liner was fabricated.

The new drainway and ice

guard system were soon put

to the test.

After the drainway was com-

pleted the old slate were

installed.

at the shop and hand soldered on site.
