The owner wanted to make his
tenants more comfortable by
adding roof insulation.
Materials for larger jobs are
delievered directly from the
manufactuerer.
Job siting a seven story roof is
done by using a large crane.
The roof is being job sited with
insulation board and rolls of
modified bitumen.
The large 4' x 8' insulation boards
are 3 inches thick and provide an
insulation value of "R-21".
As the work progressed the tenants
were already noticing that their
aparments were much more
comfortable.
For his tenants comfort the building owner added "R-21"
insulation value while reroofing.
