The felt underlayment and iceguard were simple to install. Since the garage isn’t heated, iceguard was not necessary and saved our customer a little cash. The long north face of the roof included a chimney that needed reflashed and counterflashed. A properly counterflashed chimney greatly increases the appeal of the final product.
The garage was quick and easy – just up and over. Simple roofs like this take no time at all.
